Insurances We Participate With
We bill participating plans as a courtesy to you, our patients. We participate with several insurance companies. The following is not a comprehensive list. If you do not see your plan or carrier below, please call our billing team.
Medicaid is accepted as secondary only
No Surprise Billing
If we do not participate with your insurance, or you are not covered by any insurance plan, you are protected from surprise medical billing by federal law. You also have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of charges associated with your scheduled appointment.
