Dr. Daniel Lewis graduated in 1973 from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and subsequently completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Loma Linda University Medical Center in 1978.

He practiced for seven years in Hinsdale, IL and for more than fours years in Tracy, CA with OB/GYN groups prior to establishing this practice in the summer of 1989.

He is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a member of the Gynecologic Laser Society as well as various state, county and specialy organizations.

Dr Lewis and his wife Carol have three daughters, Lucy, Katie and Chloe.

Dr. Deann Kutzner graduated with honors from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1984 and subsequently completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Virginia in 1988.

She spent one year as a member of the faculty at the University of Virginia School of Medicine's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology prior to joining this practice in 1989.

Dr Kurtzner is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as various state, county and specialty organizations.

Dr Kutzner and her husband, Mickey have three children, Melinda, Emily and Andrew.

Dr. Jin Jyung graduated with honors from Catholic University Medical College in 1973. He completed an internship and study in anesthesia at St Mary's Hospital in Seoul, Korea. Dr Jyung completed 2 years of study in anatomical pathology at Mercy Hospital in Chicago, IL where he also completed his OB/GYN residency in 1981.

Dr Jyung began his practice in St Joseph and joined South Shore Womens Health Care in April of 1993.

Dr Jyung is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology Laparoscopists as well as various state, county and specialty organizations.

Dr Jyung and his wife Hyun have a daughter, Soojin and a son Daniel.

Dr. Rachael Proctor graduated with honors from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1998 and subsequently completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gyncology at Spectrum Health Center and St. Mary's Mercy Medical Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 2002.

Dr. Proctor was affiliated with the Michigan State College of Human Medicine as a resident faculty member.

She is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the American Medical Association, Alpha Honor Medical Society, and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gyncology.

Dr. Proctor and her husband, Derrick have four children, two daughters, Kristen and Katya and two sons, Jack and Benjamin.

Carol Czuk is a certified Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner who joined South Shore Women's Health Care in May of 1998. She has been a nurse since 1980 and a nurse practitioner since 1995.

She received a Diploma in Nursing from Hackley Hospital School of Nursing in Muskegon, Michigan in 1980 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 1981.

She was awarded a Master of Arts in Counseling from Western Michigan University in 1986 and a Masters of Science in Nursing from Grand Valley State University in 1997. She also received an advanced practice certificate in family and emergency medicine in 2003 and is a certified memopause clinician through the North American Menopause Society.

She has special interest in the integration of alternative and traditional medicine and women's health issues in the midlife. She lives in Stevensville with her two sons and husband Steve.

Sandra Fichtner is a certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner who joined South Shore Women's Health Care in March of 1996. Sandra graduated in 1985 with an Associates degree in Nursing from Lake Michigan College where she was a member of Phi Theta Kappa.

She was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nazareth College in 1989. She received her Nurse Practitioner Certification and a Masters of Science in Nursing from Grand Valley State University in the the spring of 1996.

Sandra worked in critical care for ten years. She is a member of the Association of Women's Health Obstetrics and Neonatal Nurses. She and her husband, Pete, have six children.
